Use of the portal is subject to Black Diamond’s terms of use, privacy policy, cybersecurity procedures, access controls, and service availability. Information displayed through Black Diamond is provided for client reporting and convenience. If there is any discrepancy between information displayed through Black Diamond and records provided by your custodian, broker-dealer, bank, or other official account recordkeeper, the custodian or official account record should be treated as controlling unless Dauntless determines otherwise after review.
